The M&P15 Sport may be an entry-level rifle, but it has industry standard AR-15 specifications like a dust cover, forward assist, fixed 6-position collapsible stock, chromed firing pin, and a standard adjustable A2 front sight/gas block. In addition to the Armornite finish the barrel of the Sport 2 is 4140 steel with a 6-groove and1 in 9″ rifling. This Sport II ships with a 10-round magazine.
