Howa HS Precision Rifles are the perfect combination of craftsmanship and reliability. The foundation is the tried-and-true Howa 1500 barreled action which is then paired with a premium handcrafted stock. HS Precision stocks are built one at a time from high quality materials right here in the United States. The CNC machined aluminum bedding block is built around the 1500″s specific dimensions. The aluminum bedding block is placed into a mold where both sides are then hand laminated with Kevlar, fiberglass, and carbon fiber. Then the mold is injected with a proprietary mixture of dense polyurethane foam and is hand finished to ensure the highest level of quality control.
