Shopping with us

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by adding a product by adding to your cart and selecting your mode of payment. You can place your order anytime 24 hours per day, 7 days a week on our website; firepower-accessories.com.

How do I calculate shipping on an order?

You can calculate shipping on an order before checking out by following these easy steps:

  1. Add items to your shopping cart.
  2. Click the shopping cart icon on the top right of the page.
  3. Below the list of items in your cart, enter the ZIP code that the order is shipping to and click ‘Submit.’ A drop down list of available shipping options and rates will be displayed.
Do I need a special license to buy from Max Firepower?

No. Most of our products are intended for adult use, and buyers must be at least 21. With some products, such as ammunition, a waiver and age statement will be required for first time purchasers.
For Illinois customers purchasing ammunition, a copy of your current Drivers License and Firearm Owner ’s Identification Card are required before we can ship the order.
For Connecticut customers purchasing ammunition, a copy of your current Drivers License or Connecticut Ammo Certificate, Pistol Permit, or Long Gun Certificate are required before we can ship the order.

Do you have my product in stock?
On each individual product page there is a stock level indicator to show what is available. We do not display out of stock items. If you have seen something on our site and can no longer find it, or have ordered the item in the past, it’s always worth a phone call to find out when new stock will be arriving.
Do you ship internationally?

Even with the evolving government regulations and to keep our prices as low as we can, we do ship internationally so as to meet with the demand of our customer out of the US.

If a product is out of stock, can I place a back order?

At this time we are not accepting back orders for out of stock items, but you can request to be emailed when the item comes back in stock by entering your email on the out-of-stock product’s page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Electronic Transactions (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp), American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

When your goods have been dispatched you will receive a confirmation via email to the email address provided – it is important to provide us with an email address as this can be the quickest and most efficient way of us contacting you.

How can I find out if you’ve received my order?

After you complete your purchase, a confirmation page will be displayed with your web order number and order information. We’ll also email a confirmation to you, so be sure to enter your correct email address when placing an order.

How long will it take to get my order?

Due to the high volume of orders we have received, your order may take 1-3 days to ship from time of purchase, excluding firearms. Firearms may take up to 5 days to ship. Depending on your order, items may ship from multiple warehouses and boxes may arrive over a period of days to complete your order. On internation orders it may take from 3-15 business days depending on your order

Do you deliver the Next Day?

We do! – Many of our products qualify for Next Day Delivery. In addition, we use a brilliant courier service who can send you a 2 hour delivery notification on the morning of your delivery as well as a ‘You’re Next’ message when the driver is one delivery away!

What delivery options do you offer?

We have a few different delivery options to help you get your parcel whenever it’s convenient for you. We offer Express delivery on many products and 2 additional premium delivery service: one is “Next Day Delivery before 10.30am” and the other is “Standard Delivery.”

You can make your selection of delivery at checkout. Please ensure someone is available at your work or home to take in the delivery.

How can I contact Customer Service for information regarding an order?

Use our Live Chat Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST. You can also reach us by phone at (314) 472-5421 Monday through Friday 8 am to 10 pm CST.

How can I find out when my order was shipped?

You can check the status of your shipment by clicking on Track My Order. Or you can login to your account with us, Once you’re logged in, click on “My Account” and then “Order History”. Select the order number you wish to track.
If your order has shipped, it will have show the date shipped and the tracking number.
If you have a recent order and there is no tracking information, the order is still being processed.

Can I cancel or add to an order once it’s been submitted?

Orders are sent immediately to the warehouse for fulfillment, and shipping of your order, therefore we are not able to cancel or add items to your order once you have placed it.

My goods arrived damaged, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear your goods have not been received in the condition you would expect. In the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods please contact us and make us aware. All of our goods are checked and wrapped carefully before they are sent out, however we know accidents do happen and it’s possible something could happen during transit. We may ask you to take photographs, so the best thing to do would be to email us with these and details of your order, including the order number. Once you have sent this across, you are welcome to phone us and we can arrange collecting the item and sending you a replacement as quick as possible.

There is an item missing from my order.

If you are missing an item that you were expecting to come with the rest of your order, you’re more than welcome to call us and we can investigate this for you. It may be a case that the items were sent individually, however we will look into this straight away and advise you. If an item is missing, it’s also possible it could be out of stock. In this instance, we would have tried to contact you to make you aware. You could also check your emails incase you missed our call and we have emailed you to inform you. We will aim to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

How do I return an order?

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return most items within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund, credit or replacement. Firearms, Ammunition, are refundable. Please email us or use our Live Chat (Monday-Saturday 8am to 11pm, Central time) feature to obtain a Return Authorization Number and receive a prepaid Shippers

My order hasn‘t arrived, please help?

Please check your order confirmation to ensure you are expecting the item before contacting us. It’s alway worth remembering, that if you placed the order past 3pm it will take an extra working day. Please also ensure you keep your phone handy as it’s possible a courier may be in touch to ask for more detailed directions. If you need more information about the products you are looking at, all our products have a detailed description to help you our. You’re more than welcome to send us a message direct from this page  contact us and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

How do I know if the product is right for the job?

We have lots of knowledge in the industry and have used many of the products ourselves, but our range is so vast we can’t be experts on every product! (As much as we would like to be!) We do collect product reviews, and chances are a like-minded tradesman and customers has purchased the item before. So, it may be helpful to you, to have a quick read through & see what they’ve said. We love getting reviews back, as many of our users offer some really useful tips. When you're placing an  order, make sure you leave us an honest review too!

What warranty do I get with my order?

All our products come with 1 year warranty. Many of our manufacturers offer an extended warranty if you register your purchase on our website.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

We are about to launch our own E-Gift Cards – so will update you once this is live on the website. They are a great idea for birthdays, anniversaries and Christmas. Once up and running you’ll be able to choose the value and send direct to the recipient of your choice. You can choose a design, a personal message and we will issue a unique code which can be entered at check-out and redeemed against the value of their order. E-Gift Cards can be redeemed against all items. If they do not spend the total value, we will keep the remaining balance in their account for them to use on another occasion. Please note that E-Gift Cards will expire after 1 year of issue.
