The Black Rain SSP AR 15 is a precision crafted semi-automatic rifle chambered in 5.56NATO that is built with American materials by American craftsmen. The SSP features Black Rain’s own freefloated 16″ SOCOM profile 4150 chromoly barrel, Nickle boron coated bolt carrier group, 15″ M-Lok compatible Slim Line handguard, and Spec15 receiver set.

This combination of finely crafted components is assembled to produce a reliable and accurate rifle that lives up to the Black Rain Ordnance company moto “we vowed to never produce anything that we would not personally own and operate”.

This beautiful rifle is finished in Midnight Bronze Cerakote and Black Nitride and comes with a Magpul MOE-SL buttstock and MOE Grip. The Black Rain SSP AR15 is driven by a low profile mid length gas system and rounds are sent downrange by a Mil-Spec GI Trigger.

The ergonomic slimline handguard features Picatinny rails front and rearward separated by a smooth, clean area for a comfortable hand hold while providing ample room for optics, flip up sights and accessories. A custom dust cover with the companies slogan “Let It Rain” provides the finishing touch to this finely crafted rifle.
